The FDA requires the ACR to request updated information annually. The ACR sends an email notification annually to each accredited facility on its accreditation anniversary requesting confirmation of information (e.g., address, lead interpreting physician/supervising radiologist, etc.) pertinent to the facility’s accreditation. Just make any necessary corrections to the information in the online accreditation system.
