If your facility has never applied for accreditation before, you will register as a new facility. Go to ROPA, the ACR’s online accreditation system for radiation oncology, and click on “Create Facility Registration.” Please bookmark the ROPA login page.
Each Facility ID has only one online user; however, you may have multiple Facility IDs under a registered user’s single login.
Your login is your email address. Your password is case sensitive. It should be at least 10 characters and must contain 3 of the following:
Uppercase letter
Lowercase letter
Number
Special Character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *)
Please add rad-onc-accred@acr.org to your safe senders list to ensure you receive system notification emails.
An FML number is assigned to your facility by ACR staff. If you are a new facility, you will not have a number assigned until your application is submitted. If you are already accredited, the FML will be on your (previous) final report.
If you already have an account, please log in to ROPA to access your facility records.
